Welcome to Yeen.host! By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): You are prohibited from using our service for spamming, hacking, distributing malware, or engaging in DDoS attacks. Additionally, you may not distribute copyrighted material or mine cryptocurrency. Any unusual activity will result in immediate removal from our service for added privacy.2. Service Level Agreement (SLA): We aim to provide a server uptime of greater than 95%. Maintenance schedules occur on the 15th of every month, with additional services planned for the future.3. Data Usage and Privacy Policy: Data retention lasts for 30 days, after which non-payment-related data is deleted like receipts. We use VPN services for privacy along with isolating your instance with a vlan.4. Billing and Payment Terms: Billing cycles start upon plan selection. Custom plans are available upon request. Instance setup may take up to two days after payment. Failure to pay for your monthly service will disable your services till payment is made.5. Content Ownership and Copyright: We comply with safe harbor rights and have a two-strike policy for copyright infringements. Users are given 12 hours to download their data after the second infringement before removal from our service. Items removed for DMCA violations will not be returned.6. Termination and Suspension: Upon termination, data will be retained for 3 days. Extended data access for an additional fee is available for 30 days, excluding legal removals.7. Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of instance setup. Multiple free trials are not allowed. If you're running into issues please feel free to message me in the telegram support so we can get you either fixed up or refunded.8. Backup and Data Loss: While we maintain three backups, we are not liable for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances with our cloud provider or other backup resources.9. Resource Usage Limits: Users are limited to the agreed-upon plan/custom limits. Attempts to exceed these limits will result in immediate removal without the option to download files.10. Indemnification: Users are responsible for indemnifying Yeen.host against any liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from their use of the service.By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.Please also review our third-party VPN service if you will be using a docker container.
